My water heater died last night. Called around starting at 8am to get a new one. Quickly got multiple quotes from both smaller and larger companies. R&B was the only one to be able to get out today. Their price was comparable or lower than the other quotes. Corey the installer was professional and protected all surfaces and walking areas with tarps. Had a new water heater installed by 2:30 pm same day. (Found an open installer). Highly recommend even if you need to wait a day or 2.
The last appliance we purchased was from R&B in Northern Kentucky. We were treated so well we decided to give Tricounty a try. The experience couldn’t have been better! Our salesman was Mike Bowling. We already did our research on what model we wanted, and he was very knowledgeable on the features and benefits in a practical way. He set up delivery and changed it for us when I called the next day. The delivery men were very professional but had a small misstep and put a hole in the wall. However, the lead showed it to us and took a picture to send back to Boerger. In another scenario I would have been concerned, but they had a gentleman come out to survey the damage quickly. It will be fixed as soon as we get back from vacation- it would have been sooner if not for that.

This is the second time in ten years I've replaced an entire HVAC system in a home, and the second time Recker & Boerger's quote was half that of the local competition. They were half the price of Apollo in 2014 in a previous home, and half the price of Bryant this year. At a bare minimum, get a quote from this company if you need work done. They're flush with integrity, which is a rarity these days. Crew was professional and courteous; I had no reservations about leaving them alone in my home when I needed to pick up one of my kids from school. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Robert and the team at Recker & Boerger in Montgomery were great to work with when I purchased a new washer and dryer for my my home. The advice, customer service, delivery/install and prices were terrific. It was so much better than experiences I’ve had with the big box stores! I will go back to Recker & Boerger for future appliance needs and I’m recommending them to neighbors, family and friends.
A great experience with buying a refrigerator for my mother remotely. I was able to buy one immediately made an appointment for installation three days later. They installed it with no problems and took the old one away, and she couldn’t be happier! (And she is a hard one to please!). Well done Recker & Boerger!
I recently hired Recker and Boerger to replace my (heat pump) HVAC system and hot water heater. They gave me the best estimate, answered my numerous questions and they were just great throughout the entire process. The installers were courteous, they protected my floors and I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the job and their attention to detail. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end.The sales person, Eric, was great. Knows his products, understands what we want, and no pressure sale. Delivery persons were extremely careful and efficient. You can tell they have delivered many appliances. The installation was excellent as we had some minor remodeling to install the microwave. The customer service is outstanding as I called regarding a problem with the delivery of one appliance and it was resolved the next day. And the price, well, that’s why we bought it at Recker and Boeger in the first place. We have purchased at Recker and Boeger before and we will again.
Went in for a stove. A salesman greeted me as I entered and asked what I was in need of. I told him electric stove ( color and size). He showed me two in my price range and explained differences. I picked out the one I wanted and set a delivery date up (within days of my purchase). Very satisfied with my experience.
